RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customer (in-person, phone, and email) to understand their needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
- Sell and service a range of personal and commercial insurance products
- Be a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson--- educating clients on coverage, options, and benefits
- Process quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with accuracy and speed
- Track and follow up on leads, claims, and customer inquiries
- Maintain detailed records and documentation (yes, the small stuff matters!)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High attention to detail
- Strong sales instincts--- but also a heart for service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter attitude with a collaborative spirit
- Active Insurance license (Property & Casualty license required, Life & Health a plus)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Bartlett, TN and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
- Auto insurance
- Home insurance
- Life insurance
- Retirement planning
